You may be wonder what is Kundalini Yoga and the answer to that question is only possible through your own experience. So you are very welcome to experience it by yourself.
So... why Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga - it is a "kriya yoga" which means inner action. Kundalini yoga uses many different yoga techniques to create a very quick and specific action in the body, mind and soul. It focuses in activating your energy points as well as attuning your vibration through breathing (pranayama), exercises (asana) sound (naad yoga) and meditation (raja yoga).
I am honoured and delighted to share with you this ancient yoga practice which I discovered here in Vietnam in 2011 and fell in love with it. After 2 years I decided to go deeper in the practice, so I took the Teacher Training in 2013 at the Kundalini Yoga House Cambodia, with the Lead Teacher Trainer in Asia, Tonie Nooyens. I am really grateful for this practice that helps people to shift into their true and healthier self in a very profound way.
