For the past 9 years, Yoga was the guidance that lead me back to my inner self, my inner peace and harmony that was buried and forgotten deep within. I never thought I would ever become an instructor of anything, but somehow I found myself starting to find confidence and happiness in the act of teaching Yoga, which later I prefer to think of it as sharing.
It is indescribable to share and inspire others to take a chance at having a happy life from a healthy body and a harmonious mind. There is no better reason than that for me to keep learning, practicing and to get-up-and-go collecting more knowledge and experience from the world out there.
I would like to focus and bring inspiration to others about Ayurveda applications in practice and daily life. I was inspired greatly by Ayurveda Theory of everything in the universe has an inseparable connection with each other, what you see around you, also exists within you.
