In 2007, my first yoga class was guided by my cousin.
After learning with her for 3 days, I felt a remarkable change inside, especially just by the breathing techniques. During the session, my mind was relaxed, energize and calm. My hot temper was controlled. At that moment, I knew YOGA would be a vital part of my life.
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for 12 years. And presently, I also am practicing Sound Healing, a therapy that, like the breathing in yoga, I feel very much connected.
It is a pleasure to offer the Sound Healing therapy which I believe it helps to ease your mind, relieve stress and balance your emotions, just to name a few of the benefits.
