I am from Hanoi. I have 3 years of teaching Yoga and 2 years of teaching Pilates. Actually, I practiced Yoga before I knew pilates. Pilates helped me to improve my performance in yoga, gyms, dancing...after just a few months of practice.
In my experience, either Pilates or Yoga has its own great benefits but I reckon it is even better to combine these two practices.
Yoga help me to find my inner peace and Pilates help me to find my inner strength.
Joseph Pilates-founder Pilates said that: "In 10 sessions, you'll feel the difference. In 20 sessions, you'll see the difference. And in 30 sessions, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body". I strongly believe in it.
